
These are the best cookies, they are so good!
3/4 granulated sugat
3/4 packed brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lg. egg
2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag (12oz) semisweet choc. chips
-Heat oven to 375
-Beat both sugars, butter, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl with electric mixer or mix with spoon. stir in flour, salt, and baking soda (dough with be stiff) Stir in choc. chips
-Drop dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet.
-Bake 8-10 min or until golden brown. (center will be soft) Cool 1-2 min and then put on a wire rack.
The trick is to pull them from the oven a little earlier then you would think. Because the heat carries over even after you remove them.
They taste the best the same day you cook them so eat them all at once. :)
